FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASS

This class addresses the needs for functional mobility for healthy living. Get rid of the sore knees, stiff back and shortness of breath.  Each session consists of dynamic stretching and warm-up to prepare the body and increase flexibility, metabolic training with weights, balls and bands to improve strength, and nutritional consultation to maintain balance.  Your workout will constantly change as your ability increases.

BOOTCAMP

 Need a challenge?  Our  bootcamp provides the currently active fitness enthusiast to ramp up the intensity levels.  Bootcamp training incorporates bodyweight movements which increase energy expenditure, balance, coordination, and strength.  Due to the higher work –to-rest ratio compared to other classes, more lean muscle is gained, more body fat drops and greater cardiovascular health is achieved.  Bootcamp training gives you that edge, whether it’s raising 4 kids, overcoming work stress, physical ailments, preparing for a wedding, or just the endeavor of life.  Get ready to be a part of something that will stretch you out of your comfort zone into new levels of fitness.  See your goals attained and pursue that other dream you have.

·       “Shock" elements designed to identify weaknesses and separate them from abilities

 

FORMAT:

·       3 TIMES PER WEEK
